Orders are processed Monday through Friday and are processed within 24 Hours after receipt. Orders then Ship via Method chosen by Customer.
Please Note: Orders received after 12 Noon EST on Friday, will be processed on Monday. Orders received on Company Holidays will be processed on the Next Business Day.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
Did you receive a Damaged or Defective Item? Please complete our return form.
If you have received an item that is damaged or defective, or it is not the item(s) you ordered, please save the box and all of the packing material and contact us. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.
Return the item(s), as originally packaged, with a copy of the original packing list and the completed return form. Pending inspection, a refund will be issued for the product value only.
Taxes will be refunded as applicable. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Items that are damaged and received as non-sellable will not be refunded. It is the customerís responsibility to insure returned packages. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
